• Manage and control their newsletter subscriptions
• Protect their primary email address from exposure

3. Account Registration

To use MailMulch, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use MailMulch to:

• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Abuse the email alias system for malicious purposes

5. Email Aliases

Regarding email aliases generated by MailMulch:

• Aliases are for newsletter subscriptions only
• You may deactivate aliases at any time
• We reserve the right to disable aliases that violate our terms
• Aliases remain active as long as your account is active
• We are not responsible for content delivered through aliases

6. Intellectual Property

The MailMulch service, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission. Newsletter content delivered through our service remains the property of the respective publishers.

7. Third-Party Content

MailMulch facilitates access to third-party newsletters. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third parties. Your interactions with newsletter publishers are solely between you and them.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

MAILMULCH IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAILMULCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination
